“We are excited to partner with the teams at Cimarron Label and Western Printing,” says Jeff Brezek, executive chairman and CEO of Inovar Packaging Group.  “Randy Cowan and Steve Pfeiffer have built a first-class and industry-leading business focused on complex extended content and booklet labels. The team’s expertise is impressive, and they add many unique capabilities that will help drive significant value for our customer base and employees.  Their reputation precedes them, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to combine our organizations.”

Randy Cowan will continue to lead the business, while Steve Pfeiffer intends to retire. They are confident that Inovar is the perfect fit and partner to work with during the company’s next phase of growth. “Given our intense focus on our customers and people, the fit of a potential future partner was critical. Inovar’s core values, company culture, and business strategy was a perfect match for Cimarron Label,” Cowan comments.
