Inovar Packaging Group has completed its acquisition of Cimarron Label and Western Printing in Sioux Falls, SD and Aberdeen, SD.  This is Inovar’s eighth platform company and adds to its existing manufacturing footprint in Dallas, TX, Newburyport, MA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Milwaukee, WI, Kansas City, KS, Oceanside, CA and Westfield, MA.  The company is executing on a strategic plan for growth, both organically and through acquisitions in partnership with owners and management, building a regionally based prime label business across North America.

Plus, Anderson & Vreeland has announced the acquisition of flexographic consumable assets from Grimco, a legacy distributor of flexographic printing materials serving Canada. This serves as a part of Anderson & Vreeland’s strategic growth initiative, providing expanded service and support to Canadian customers.
